W.E.B. Dubois’s Home

William Edward Burghardt Dubois Museum located at his home in Accra, Ghana. A Civil Rights Leader and Political Activist who fought for the equality of African Americans. Dubois believed in Pan-Africanism and was a co-founder of the National Association and Advancement of Colored People N.A.A.C.P. (1868-1963)

Dubois earned his bachelors from Fisk, earned his Ph.D. in History and Government from Harvard (to the right) and earned Honorary Doctor Letters from the University of Ghana (to the left)
